Berry Protein Smoothie




  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Ripple Milk (Almond Milk will work as well)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Ice



  1. Grab a blender and throw in the blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, almond milk, honey and ice. Blend until fully combined! Add more ice to make it as thick as you would like.
  2. Top with some mint and Enjoy! 

Ripple is a plant based milk which is easy on the stomach and has 8 grams of protein per serving which is fantastic!
