- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Blackberries
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1 cup Ripple Milk (Almond Milk will work as well)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
- Grab a blender and throw in the blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, almond milk, honey and ice. Blend until fully combined! Add more ice to make it as thick as you would like.
- Top with some mint and Enjoy!
